About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and guidance to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to drive service improvement and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience of working in a crisis resolution home treatment team or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and managing a team of clinicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
