Are you eager to enhance your clinical expertise? We are currently in search of a Band 6 Clinical Lead Nurse to join our Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit. We are looking for dedicated nurses with a proven track record in high-pressure environments. Candidates should currently be employed in a critical care setting as either a Band 5 or Band 6 nurse. You must be a proactive and confident Critical Care nurse, capable of making informed decisions regarding both Level 2 and Level 3 patients. A relevant post-registration qualification in Critical Care or Neurosciences nursing is essential. Ideally, you will hold a degree or be committed to pursuing one. You should be highly driven, possess excellent communication abilities, and demonstrate experience in teaching and mentoring staff, along with leadership experience in a clinical context. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with their Band 7 team leader to further cultivate their managerial and leadership capabilities. In return, you can anticipate working in a professional atmosphere with teams dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Criteria
