Job Description

Job Title: Transformation Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Leader to join our CRM Student Journey project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and implementing change initiatives across the University of Salford, with a focus on embedding Microsoft Dynamics to enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Engage with stakeholders across the university to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and implementing change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and its applications in higher education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
