Job Title: Technical Team Leader - Creative and Immersive Technologies

We are seeking an experienced and confident Technical Team Leader to join our team at the University of Salford. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of technical staff who support programs of study in digital design, web development, games, immersive interfaces, extended reality (XR), and motion capture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of technical staff to support teaching and learning activities.
  • Advise on creative processes in digital immersive and interactive technologies.
  • Manage and deliver high levels of health and safety compliance within facilities and processes.
  • Contribute to our thinking on how Salford can transform the way it addresses equity disparities, embraces diversity, and becomes more inclusive.
