Salary: £54,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective operational plans to meet service objectives
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experiences
• Provide administrative support to senior managers and departments
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within the NHS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with hospital IT systems and procedures
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding patient dignity
