Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care and companionship to our clients. This includes assisting with personal hygiene, collecting prescriptions, providing reminders for medication, preparing meals, and keeping homes clean and tidy. You will also help clients with mobility issues and engage in activities that promote social interaction and prevent loneliness.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You should also be responsible, dedicated, and flexible in your approach to work.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour (Weekends £11.90) and a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, and access to our in-house app. Additionally, we offer paid training and self-development opportunities for progression.
