Job Title

A talented Insight Analyst is required to join our team at NielsenIQ, a world-leading consumer intelligence company.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This role is part of the Retailer Response Team and will focus on delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of briefs, projects, and requests, ensuring timely and precise services according to business needs and specifications.

You will also contribute towards achieving Customer Success objectives, troubleshoot queries, and resolve issues related to data, servicing, and Discover set up and deployment. Additionally, you will lead Weekly Team meetings for workload management and support across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Retailer Response Team Leader
  • Consult with Retailer colleagues and clients regarding briefs, requests, and queries
  • Manage the end-to-end process of briefs, projects, and requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve queries from internal/external clients
  • Contribute towards achievement of Customer Success objectives
  • Lead and support Thought Leadership initiatives in Retailer Services
