Data Analyst Researcher

**About the Role**
The University of Oxford is seeking an experienced data analyst to lead research on stability for children in foster and kinship care.
This three-year position will involve working with national datasets, such as SSDA903 statistics and the National Pupil Database, to improve understanding of trends in stability measures.
As part of a strong team, you will ensure that work is legal, ethical, and robust, delivering policy-relevant insights. You will also have opportunities to influence the development of children's social care data analysis and interpretation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in successful applications, managing research budgets, and supervising staff. A fixed-term contract for 3 years is available.
