Job Title: Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. Our busy nursery in Horley is looking for a dedicated individual to support our Pre-School room.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare and at least 2 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery. They will also have experience of leading and supporting teams, inspiring and energizing others, and a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations, as well as a firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements.
