Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive reconciliation adaptability and introduce controls to ensure seamless payment processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual tasks and support new product projects
  • Support the implementation of automation initiatives and provide expert guidance on safeguarding processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our payment platform remains secure and efficient
Requirements:
  • University degree in a numerical subject or 2+ years' experience in reconciliations in a high-volume transaction environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with strong knowledge of formulas, PQ, and VBA
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and ability to self-manage complex projects
  • Basic understanding of protection/custodianship of customer assets and regulatory frameworks such as CASS, EMI/PI, or banking regulations
