Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the telephone, webchat, and email
  • Secure orders by converting calls into confirmed orders
  • Process orders and bookings with accuracy
  • Deal with customer enquiries and queries
  • Upsell products/services to maximise orders
  • Take payment details and process payments
  • Perform various general office administration duties
  • Support other members of the team
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and IT skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Good organisation skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Reliable, flexible, and adaptable
  • Hardworking and conscientious
  • Positive, motivated, and pro-active
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Benefits:

Working Hours:

8.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
