Care in the Home Worker

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Live In Support Worker. This role involves supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure tailored care solutions
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability with a commitment to regular working hours
- No prior experience necessary as full specialist training is provided
What You'll Receive:
- A competitive daily rate of £115 on a zero-hour contract
- Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas - minimum 2 weeks on
- Accrued holiday pay and pension contribution
