Job Description: As an Autism and SEN Classroom Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting students with autism and other SEND requirements in the classroom. You will work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans, manage classroom behavior, and promote social skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support children with SEND in learning and development, promoting independence and confidence
  2. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement Individual Education Plans, ensuring student needs are met
  3. Manage classroom behavior and promote social skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEND, preferably with autism
  • Registered DBS

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
