About the Job

RBW Consulting is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Proposal Preparation: Develop and submit high-quality proposals to secure new business.
  3. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of 10-15 key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and attend client meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
  5. Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and margins to optimize profitability and make informed business decisions.
  6. Business Analytics: Use data and analytics to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience in pharma/healthcare or technical work experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Proactive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
