Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

RBW Consulting is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Specialist to manage client relationships and drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with business acumen and collaborate with a talented team to achieve ambitious goals.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to drive sales growth. Your exceptional communication skills and experience in data analysis, report writing, and administrative tasks will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a commercial or business development position within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry. Alternatively, you may have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile products. Outstanding communication skills, experience in data analysis, report writing, and administrative duties are essential. Previous customer and/or third-party contact experience is highly valued.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your experience, and a range of benefits that support your professional development and well-being.
