Job Title: Director Business Growth Operations

About the Role

The Director of Business Growth Operations will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across the UK. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of business operations, sales enablement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead transformation projects to drive business growth and expansion
  • Enable sales and strategic account planning through the use of CRM systems and strategic planning tools
  • Facilitate the Growth Board and provide management information to inform strategic decision-making
  • Lead the Monthly Order Intake Review and Sales Execution Review processes
  • Manage the Business Growth Operations budget and ensure effective financial planning and management
  • Lead a team of individual contributors and managers to deliver business growth and expansion objectives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of building respect and trust at all levels of a large and complex organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of strategic thinking and planning to create and propose enterprise-wide business growth solutions
  • Experience of leading and managing transformation projects to drive business growth and expansion
  • Critical thinking and creativity to assess current ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrable experience of managing complex stakeholder mapping and influencing to drive business growth and expansion
