We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects in the South of England. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading facilities management company that prides itself on delivering top-quality service to its clients. As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Some weekend availability may be required due to site operational requirements.
About You- GSCE in English and Maths or Equivalent
- Accredited health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, General Cert, or IOSH Managing Safely)
- PRINCE2 and/or equivalent PM qualifications
- Site Management and Safety accreditation (SMST/SSST)
- Asbestos awareness qualification
- First aid certificate (Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum)
You will have experience in managing project work and delivering strategic tasks, with proven success in CDM-governed projects. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to articulate complex design and construction solutions to non-professionals.
You should be able to produce cost models that satisfy commercial and business requirements and have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Projects, and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure delivery of projects by following and applying all stages of Infineum's framework and processes from start to finish.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery, quality, and safety are maintained.
- Managing budget within cost control measures.
- Scheduling installation and resources required for the project to ensure safe completion inline with customer expectations.
- Managing all health and safety aspects of the project, including CDM requirements and necessary paperwork.
- Ensuring projects are completed in line with programme, project plan, Atlas expected standard of delivery, and meeting customer specifications at handover.
- Coordinating and managing defect/reactive works required on-site inline with project delivery.
- Coordinating design and its application within the project stream of works.
- Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and on-site teams.
- Engaging in continuous improvement of quality and delivery and supporting clients' operational and environmental commitments.
- Ensuring company procedures are followed and providing high standards of customer service.
- Maintaining a professional company image throughout all communications and actions.
- Providing guidance and direction to CAD/subcontractors to ensure operational and technical excellence.
- Managing site drawings and O&M manuals to ensure they are kept, retained, and maintained.
- Ensuring revenue targets from all projects are met.
- Accurately procuring products and materials inline with client specifications.
- Attending pre-start, progress, and handover meetings, producing subsequent minutes, reports, and actions.
The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
