Job Description

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team in Chatham, United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed expectations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients through strategic planning and execution.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies, positioning us as thought leaders in the market.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Client Success Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
