Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing menu plans, including menu engineering and pricing strategies
  • Managing kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
