We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our B2C Accounts Receivable Team in Leyland, UK.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working remotely. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience of banking or balance sheet reconciliations.

About the Job
  • Process customer payments, resolving any related queries
  • Process refunds and chargebacks
  • Balance sheet reconciliations of card payments & refunds
  • Evaluate & reduce fraud
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Posting of monies onto the ledger
  • Create weekly debtor reports
  • Highlight and follow processes for escalating bookings not paid within agreed terms
Requirements
  • Previous finance experience – ideally in an accounts receivable role
  • Experience of banking or balance sheet reconciliations
  • Previous experience of working to monthly targets & goals
  • IT literate with excellent Excel skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team working skills
  • Target driven
  • Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
