As an Accounts Receivable Assistant at dnata Travel in Leyland, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, resolving queries, and performing balance sheet reconciliations. This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

About the Role
  • Process customer payments and resolve queries
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Evaluate and reduce fraud
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Posting of monies onto the ledger
  • Create weekly debtor reports
  • Highlight and follow processes for escalating bookings not paid within agreed terms
Requirements
  • Previous finance experience, preferably in accounts receivable
  • Experience of banking or balance sheet reconciliations
  • Previous experience of working to monthly targets and goals
  • IT literate with excellent Excel skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team working skills
  • Target driven
  • Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
