Job Title: Head of Safeguarding and Child Protection Specialist

Job Summary:

Integrity Education Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Safeguarding and Child Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, providing expert guidance and support to our staff, and contributing to the development of our safeguarding policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance on safeguarding and child protection matters, ensuring that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams to identify and mitigate risks to our students, and to develop and implement strategies to promote their safety and well-being.
  • Provide expert advice and support to our staff on safeguarding and child protection issues, and contribute to the development of their skills and knowledge in this area.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with statutory guidance and best practice.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure that safeguarding and child protection are embedded in all aspects of our work.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with current SWE registration.
  • Proven experience of working in a safeguarding and child protection role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to our students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to contribute to the development of our safeguarding policies and procedures.
