Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused HR & Talent Resourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a person-centric approach, and a proactive attitude.
Your Mission at Elis UK Limited- Ensure alignment with the company's vision, values, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screenings and present shortlists to hiring managers, providing actionable insights.
- Track agency hours and reasons for using agencies, optimizing our recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports to the Regional Director and HR Business Partner, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Update and distribute the Vacancy tracker weekly, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Utilize job boards, job centres, social media, and local channels to attract top talent, staying ahead of recruitment trends.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data, suggesting innovative methods to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and recruitment conferences, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Measure the ROI of resourcing strategies, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with job boards and agencies, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Maintain and update the Resourcing PSL, communicating effectively with other regions.
- Raise Purchase Orders for agency invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Complete and issue contracts of employment within SLA timescales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Log training sessions and other necessary programs, promoting employee development and growth.
- Collaborate closely with local management teams and the Regional HRBP, providing strategic support and guidance.
- Coach recruiting managers on effective induction and onboarding practices, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support additional ad hoc projects related to Resourcing and People Agenda, driving business growth and success.
- Assist managers in understanding HR policies and procedures, providing clear guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring company compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Act as a liaison for apprenticeships, promoting vocational training and development.
- Handle first-line employee relation queries and escalate complex issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Advise managers on HR policies and best practices, ensuring a consistent and fair approach.
- Enter new starters into the payroll system and inform relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
