Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Senior Hearing Care Specialists. In this role, you will advise and support customers, promoting our hearing services in-store. You will work closely with Audiologists to provide detailed information about our hearing services and offer personalised advice on ear health and hearing maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with detailed information about our hearing services
- Offer personalised advice on ear health and hearing maintenance
- Perform routine hearing screening tests and schedule assessments for Audiologists
- Assist customers with hearing aid maintenance and care
- Promote and sell consumables and ear care products
- Train in specialised Hearingcare services, including wax removal through Micro Suction
- Support Audiologists with other hearing-related health checks as needed
- Help achieve store KPIs by keeping diaries busy with appropriate appointments
- Work closely with Boots Opticians and Pharmacy teams to promote hearing care
- Foster great partnerships with in-store Audiologists and team members
Requirements:
- Confidence in approaching and engaging customers
- Interest in store targets and a team player attitude
- Ability to attend training at our Boots Hearingcare Academy
- Self-reliance and accountability for personal learning and performance
- Desire to become knowledgeable about hearing health and care pathways
- Experience in a retail or healthcare environment is advantageous
- Competence in using basic technology devices, such as iPads and computers
