Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Densell Recruitment. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property reinstatement projects, scheduling repairs and redecoration works, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of property reinstatement projects, including domestic and commercial properties
- Schedule repairs and redecoration works, and produce scopes of work
- Manage contractors and repairs projects to completion, including cost management
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and carry out site audits
- Identify new contractors for addition to the network as required
- Performance manage and audit contractors in your area
- Experience in contract managing property refurbishments and renovation projects is essential
- Some knowledge of insurance claims or fire, flood, water, or structural damage to properties would be highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of Asbestos Handling, CDM, DPA, H&S, and Party Wall Act is required
- Ideal candidates will have a building or technical related qualification, such as an HNC or Building Surveying/Engineering Degree
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills are essential, as well as IT literacy and a full UK driving licence
