At Nova Artes Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our commercial gas service and maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Oversee and assist the team of contract coordinators to meet service delivery demands.
- Provide timely and efficient responses to maintain high levels of service delivery.
- Identify work streams and prioritize workload to ensure completion within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support the Field Operations manager and contribute to the management of all business areas.
- Maintain accurate and effective files and records, including the use of our job management system.
- Adopt and apply the company escalation processes.
- Manage your own work and jobs, delivering to high standards.
- Represent the company in client meetings and provide information to engineers and clients.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the gas servicing and heating departments.
- Resolve technical problems and communicate with staff, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
- Provide an investigatory role, responding to incidents, notices, concerns, and queries.
- Maintain contract KPIs and quality standards by installing efficiently and safely with a high-quality finish.
- Deliver a high-quality service to clients and their customers, respecting all individuals and meeting challenges presented.
- 5 years of industry experience and 2 years of experience at management level.
- Experience working within the Social Housing sector on commercial gas/renewable maintenance contracts.
- Experience supervising others and working with residents and clients directly.
- A clean UK driving license and DBS check will be required.
- Experience of contract tendering, mobilization, and delivery.
- Excellent written communication and verbal skills.
- Computer-literate and experience in Microsoft Software.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize workload and use initiative at all times.
- General competence in the given trade, COCN1, CODNCO1, TCP1a.
- Additional 1 day annual leave after completing 2 years' service (max. 30 days).
