- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Helpdesk to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contract Development: Work with clients to develop contracts, increasing portfolio and contract responsibilities.
- Business Policies and Processes: Effectively communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract.
- Reporting: Provide weekly flash reports to clients and internal managers.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Senior Management to ensure collaborative business development, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
- PPM Planning: Oversee PPM planning schedules for sites.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Team Development: Manage and develop teams, ensuring they are fully competent and equipped to deliver contracts.
- Financial Management: Take ownership of P&L, debt, and WIP for contracts.
- Disciplinary and Conflict Management: Manage disciplinary and conflict situations within the contract.
- Asset Management: Ensure accurate asset registers and labeling for sites.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue additional services and projects, and re-win contracts on re-tender.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to engineers, helpdesk, and clients as required.
