E-Commerce Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at TRP Recruitment Limited. As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online shopping experience, driving sales, and showcasing exciting products to a passionate audience.
Main Responsibilities- Stock Management and Fragmentation: Monitor key trading tasks, including stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
- Budget Planning: Support planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on the overall business and financial goals of the company.
- Product Uploads and Maintenance: Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
- User Acceptance Testing: Be highly involved in user acceptance testing site testing for development projects and regular site testing.
- Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with the E-Commerce team for onsite optimisations, such as product recommendations, Upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
- Marketplace Activities: Assist with the day-to-day coordination of E-Commerce marketplace activities, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers.
- Trade Performance Reporting: Report E-Commerce trade performance, including KPIs, providing data-driven insight and conducting deep dives where needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends.
- Day-to-Day Tasks: Assist operations, E-Com, and sales/product teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Inventory Control: Manage constant stock clearance and inventory control.
- Size Ratios and Product Ordering: Work with E-Com and sales to ensure size ratios for products are appropriately ordered each season.
- Sample Coordination: Coordinate with marketing team to receive samples on time to be shot for seasonal and capsule launches.
- Web and E-Com Stock Management: Monitor Web/E-Com stock and replenishments, liaising with the warehouse on this.
- Analytics and Business Intelligence: Prepare appropriate analytics and business intelligence reports.
- Strategic Decision Making: Make analytical decisions that can help make strategic impact in other departments.
- Department Strategy: Contribute to department strategy, demonstrating an ability to recognise innovative ideas and solutions, which have a commercial gain.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools, excellent organisational and time-management, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, strong communication and collaboration skills, and passion for streetwear fashion and trends.
