Job Description

The Learning and Organisational Development Advisor is a key role within the global L&OD team, which is a centralized team predominantly based in Australia and the UK. The team works collaboratively, providing high-quality learning experiences and global offerings to our people worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Liaise with L&OD Leads, Managers, and Consultants to coordinate, implement, deliver, and evaluate L&OD programmes/projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and track projects, developing project documentation including schedules, budgets, and communication and quality management plans.
  • Provide support to the L&OD team and undertake special projects, including learning and supporting new technology, processes, and procedures as required.
  • Set up and produce virtual classroom and remote learning technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination or support experience and be proficient in using MS Office Suite. A good understanding of the legal environment and lawyers' work practices is also essential.
