About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including food and drink preparation and assistance with personal care
  • Implement care plans and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Experience of caring for older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
