About the Role

About You

You'll be an advocate for the children and young people of Devon, working creatively and flexibly to promote positive long-term change and ensure permanence from the outset. You'll champion restorative practice and encourage a collaborative culture where opportunities for reflection and learning are supported.

You'll have a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience working within social care, including in a multi-agency and court environment.

You'll have a high level of written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build effective professional relationships with children, families, and other professionals, and knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, models, and theories.
