We are seeking an experienced education assistant to join our team at a primary school in Northampton.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and proven experience working with children in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment.

Requirements:

  1. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
  3. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
  4. Proactive, patient, and caring approach to supporting children.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
