Job Title: Reliability Engineer - Asset Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Asset Care Specialist to join our team at Princes Limited. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the completion of planned, Condition Based and Reliability centred maintenance techniques across the site, integrating as part of the site Asset care plan, utilising the company Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the Asset Care Manager and other members of the Engineering team to action effective plans for the site.
* Use Condition Based monitoring techniques as part of a proactive Asset Care Management strategy.
* Develop the Reliability centred maintenance techniques as part of a proactive Asset Care Management strategy.
* Use of key measures such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) with the overall objective of improving Equipment Performance Efficiency as part of site OEE.
* Support the efficient and effective delivery of asset care plans, implementing a standard approach with the drive to ensure effective use of the CMMS, namely SAP across the site.

Requirements:

* A time served apprentice completed within manufacturing industry.
* Strong grounding and understanding of advanced Asset Management techniques such as CBM and RCM.
* Strong operational grounding within a complex fast moving manufacturing environment.
* Manufacturing environments / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
* Good practical understanding of factory services (electricity, steam, compressed air, water etc.)
