Reliability Engineer

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Asset Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Utilize advanced asset management techniques, such as Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), to optimize equipment performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Time-served apprentice completed within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong grounding and understanding of advanced asset management techniques.
- Strong operational grounding within a complex fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing environments and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good practical understanding of factory services.
