Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Reach plc, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our Lead Generation team to convert qualified leads into high-quality appointments for our Field Sales team.

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our Field Sales team and potential clients.
  • Maximize your success by setting high-quality appointments that have the potential to become successful sales.
  • Share knowledge and constructive feedback within the team to support development and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure systems are up-to-date with relevant client information to support the successful delivery of sales.
Qualifications

It is essential that you have prior experience of successfully building relationships with new clients and driving revenue growth. You'll have prior experience in a sales-related role and will be motivated to maximize your success.

We are looking for a collaborative individual who is a strong communicator, able to successfully arrange appointments with new businesses via telephone, social media, and email. You'll be comfortable working at pace and while experience in digital marketing/advertising is desirable, it is not essential.

Additional Information

We're offering a basic salary of up to £27,000 + Bonus, plus, as part of the Reach team, you'll have access to a brilliant range of benefits, including:
