Senior Commissions Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissions Manager to lead our Commissions team at Three. As a key member of our Operational Assurance team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Commissions team, ensuring timely and accurate Commissions payments, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Develop and motivate a high-performing team, focusing on individual and team goals, and identifying skills gaps to drive future growth.
- Process Understanding: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Commissions processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Review team performance, redesign KPIs, and develop data-driven indicators to drive clear actions and improvements.
- Function Growth: Assess current focus areas, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and value-add for the business.
Requirements
- Experience in people management and performance improvement.
- Proven successes in leading teams and driving process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of the Telecommunications industry, with a focus on Commissions.
- Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and influence change.
- Quick review and analysis of data to identify issues and opportunities.
