Senior Commissions Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissions Manager to join our team at Three. As a key member of our Operational Assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the Commissions team and ensuring that Commissions payments are made on-time and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on delivering business objectives and driving change within the team.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain clear, documented processes, ensuring they are understood and function successfully.
- Performance Management: Review and redesign KPIs to measure team performance, using verified data to drive clear actions.
- Function Growth: Identify new Commissions processes where the team can add value, describing all elements of Commissions processes around the wider business.
Requirements
- Experience in people management and performance improvement.
- Proven successes in people management and performance improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of the Telecommunications industry, with a focus on Commissions.
- Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and positively influence change.
- Quick review and analysis of data, identifying issues and opportunities for action.

- Salary range starting at £48,400, with exact salary dependent on job and experience.
