Financial Data Administrator Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Administrator to join our team at HRGO Recruitment. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for gathering and validating data from existing software for transfer onto a new ERP system, while working to deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Gather and validate data from existing software for transfer onto a new ERP system
* Offer support and be involved in the month-end procedure across all functions, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and nominal ledger
* Confirm and validate balance transfers and prepare files for upload to the new software

**Requirements**

* Proven experience within all areas of a finance function
* Experience of implementing a system is advantageous
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000
* Contract up until end of March 2025
