Job Summary:

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial services team and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the financial services team, including answering incoming calls and directing calls to the relevant team members.
  • Processing applications, letters of authority, and requests for information, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Managing the processing of all new business, including database entries and portfolio reports.
  • Coordinating client appointments and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
  • Receiving, scanning, and allocating incoming post, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Three years' experience of admin support in a financial services company, with a strong understanding of ISAs, GIAs, and Pensions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, methodical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience of using Client Assyst or similar CRM system.
