Role Overview:- This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced sales professional to lead and grow sales in the London and southeast region.
- You will develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting key customers.
- Manage and expand relationships with national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the construction materials industry.
- Experience selling to kitchen manufacturers, house builders, or fabricators is essential.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
- Lucrative performance-based bonus structure (up to 30% of salary).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension contributions.
