Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Company: Elevation Recruitment Careers

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £45,000

Hours: Monday to Friday – 6am till 2pm or 7.30 till 4.15pm (after shift needed in peak times between April and October)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform proactive maintenance on a daily basis, focusing on reactive and preventative maintenance
  2. Liaise with the production team at all times to ensure smooth operations
  3. May be required to be on call occasionally, depending on business needs - typically 1 in 4 weeks (between April and October)
  4. Work within an automated manufacturing environment, maintaining machines such as CNC Machines, sprayers, conveyors, saws, vacuum lifting machines, robotic saws, and presses
  5. Conduct general building maintenance as needed, including CCTV cameras
  6. Work on computerized systems daily
  7. Fault find on PLC's such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi
  8. Perform breakdowns, PPM's, and installations

Requirements:

You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based)
