We are seeking an experienced Fibre and Wireless Deployment Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our fibre and wireless network infrastructure. This will involve working closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Network Design and Planning: You will contribute to the design and planning of Airband's fibre and FWA network infrastructure, including base station placement, capacity planning, and frequency allocation.
  • Implementation and Deployment: You will install, configure, and deploy Fibre and FWA equipment, including radios, antennas, switches, OLTs, and network devices.
  • Network Optimization: You will monitor network performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and optimize network parameters to ensure optimal service quality.
  • Maintenance and Support: You will perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve network problems, and provide technical support to customers.
  • Technology Evaluation: You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in fibre and FWA technology and evaluate new equipment and solutions.
  • Documentation: You will maintain accurate records of network infrastructure, configurations, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
