Chemical Process Optimization Lead - Join Our Team in Telford

CV-Library is seeking a highly experienced Senior Organic Chemist to lead our chemical process optimization efforts. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects forward and demonstrating leadership within a technical team renowned for market-leading quality and innovation. You will need to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve goals and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need a University Degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or a related field, with extensive experience in process optimization and technology deployment. You will also need expertise in data analysis and statistical tools relevant to organic and polymer chemistry, as well as strong analytical and project management skills.
