Sales Administrator Role Overview

Permanent Futures is seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Administrator to join our established manufacturing business in Manchester. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process and register sales orders into our business system, ensuring accurate data entry and transfer to MRP.
  3. Coordinate with the sales office and customers to provide necessary documentation and confirm orders.
  4. Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance with sales order provisions at all stages of the process.
  5. Review and verify order confirmations for accuracy.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  2. Contractual or sales administration experience is highly desirable.
