Sales Administrator Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Administrator at Permanent Futures, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding sales orders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Order Processing: Register and process sales orders into the business system, ensuring accurate data entry and transfer to MRP.
  3. Data Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of all data entered into the business system, reflecting the requirements of each sales order.
  4. Documentation: Organize and assist customers with the provision of necessary documentation, as per the conditions of each order.
  5. Order Confirmation: Review and accept Order Confirmations, ensuring the accuracy of all data contained within.
  6. Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the provisions of sales orders are accurately observed throughout the process.
Sales Administrator Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  2. Contractual Environment: Familiarity with contractual environments or sales administration experience.
