Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Finance Assistant to join our team in Surbiton. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, Credit Cards, and Bank postings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile Credit Card statements and ensure all transactions are up-to-date.
- Post bank statements and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Perform other administrative accounts duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, with experience in finance software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A fast learner with excellent organisational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
