Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Finance Assistant to join our team in Surbiton. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, Credit Cards, and Bank postings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile Credit Card statements and ensure all transactions are up-to-date.
  • Post bank statements and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Perform other administrative accounts duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, with experience in finance software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A fast learner with excellent organisational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
