About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and support strategies
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a supported living setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid UK driving license (essential for this role)
