Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Banbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with diverse care needs, including those with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
