About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to support adults with disabilities in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling people to achieve positive outcomes and live the lives they want.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs, using person-centered approaches.
  • Provide personal care support with dignity and respect.
  • Enable individuals to access a range of opportunities and experiences, such as swimming, walking, and shopping.
  • Work in accordance with relevant national legislation and service-specific policies and practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with adults who have a learning disability is desirable.
  • Applicants without NVQ Level 3 will be required to complete a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within the first 2 years of employment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality support.
