We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people in different settings, who need additional help to live independently.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week, and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will have the chance to work with a range of people with different needs, and every day will be different.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals in their own homes, residential homes, short break services, or out and about in the community.
- Help people to learn new skills, provide assistance to those who are older or have a disability, or need support with aspects of their care.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Participate in on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
